Area Erectors generally works directly with the steel fabricator on a project. We feel there is less confusion, better communication, and the benefits to the project as a whole are increased. We will, however, work with owners and contractors that have proven themselves to always create a good triangle between contractor, fabricator, and erector. We are very interested in repeat business and make every effort to ensure that everyone has each other's best interest in mind.

Area Erectors is certified as an AISC Advanced Steel Erector.

The Precast Office of Area Erectors has been in existence since the late 80’s. This office specializes in installation of precast concrete panels for many different applications. Uses for this product are as limitless as the imagination; however, Area Erectors focuses its efforts on structural and architectural applications such as parking decks, warehouses, hotels, office buildings, and structures with similar attributes.

This division offers another service in the steel building industry. When the purchase of Quality Erectors took place in the summer of 2002, Quality Erectors had a key relationship with Varco-Pruden Buildings (VP). VP is a leading manufacturer in the building systems industry. Area has continued that relationship by offering pre- engineered building packages to our customers who prefer to have a single-source responsibility for steel & erection.

Since this new relationship has been formed, we have supplied and installed many projects from the very simple large warehouse to the very complex churches and recreation centers. Other range from manufacturing to municipal water treatment facilities, fire stations, retail centers, ...
